How do I change how Guesty respond to my guests?

If you would like to change how we respond to your guests, please email support@guesty.com with the changes you would like made and allow up to 24-hours for the changes go into effect Sunday through Thursday, and up to 48-hours on Friday and Saturday.

From our experience we recommend the standard form as it makes guests more comfortable knowing that they can communicate 24/7.
For example: "Hi this is Alex from Guesty, we help John with his Airbnb"
