How do I change how Guesty respond to my guests?

If you would like to change how we respond to your guests, please email with the changes you would like made and allow up to 24-hours for the changes go into effect Sunday through Thursday, and up to 48-hours on Friday and Saturday.

From our experience we recommend the standard form as it makes guests more comfortable knowing that they can communicate 24/7.
For example: "Hi this is Alex from Guesty, we help John with his Airbnb"
