How do cleaners access my property?

In order to coordinate cleanings, one of the things we require is a detailed information regarding how you would like the cleaner to access your property.

This information should be sent to support@guesty.com during the On-boarding process which happens right after your registration. A Guesty representative will contact you to arrange all the details on your profile correctly.

Whenever a new listing is added to your account, please contact us at support@guesty.com and let us know what is the cleaning arrangement for that specific property!

Once we have that information, we will coordinate the cleanings personally with your cleaning provider of choice on individual basis.
