My credit card was declined. What should I do?

Our system was built on preserving our clients’ privacy, and therefore we do not receive any data regarding the reasons why a particular card was declined.

Usually it is just a minor issue involving the expiration date, mistyping of a digit, or something that your bank can provide you with an explanation for.

Please contact your bank for the reason the card was declined and update your billing information by going to your Guesty profile, deleting your current card and replacing it with the one you wish to use.
