Does Guesty offer service for meeting guests for check in?

As we are not operating as an on-site management company, we must rely on a dedicated contact person or other reliable method such as a lockbox that we know we can count on to ensure our customers’ guests receive the smoothest check in possible. 

While having a dedicated contact person is an option, it tends to be inefficient as guests often do not run on schedule. In our experience we have found that the better option is to allow a “self check-in” option with the use of either a key safe, lockbox, or electronic lock.
