Unfortunately, we only operate remotely and cannot physically be there for any on-the-ground interactions, including key exchanges. However, we’re happy to take care of arranging the key exchange for you: we offer communication, coordination, and scheduling for all on-the-ground services – so we can take this off your hands (and we will be there in spirit).
If you have a smart lock or lock box, we will communicate with your guests about securing entry to your property. If you have a contact person, like a neighbor, friend or third-party service, we will gladly coordinate with them around guests arrival time and delays.
