Receptionists don't send my guests the right information! What can I do?

We're extremely sorry if the wrong information was sent to your guests. When receptionists answer guests inquiries, they search for the right answers in previous conversations or with the information we have on file.

If you feel we have the wrong info, please email us immediately to support@guesty.com and we will change the information on your account immediately.
