If you’re having trouble logging in to your Airbnb account, please try the following steps:
- Check that your username and password are typed correctly. Make sure that you are using both your new Guesty email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) as well as your new password.
As long as your Airbnb is still connected to your Guesty account, you can find your new password at all times in your Guesty Dashboard under the “Platform Integrations” tab or by clicking here.
- Try again in a few minutes. Sometimes the Airbnb servers can be faulty for short periods of time, preventing users from logging in.
- If the previous steps do not work, press the “forgot password” button in the login window on Airbnb. In this case, Guesty will receive an email from Airbnb and will automatically replace your Airbnb password with a new, randomly generated one.
Then, you will receive an email from us with your new Airbnb password. The new Airbnb password will be updated in your Guesty dashboard, as well.
