How can I track my billing history?

Within the Guesty dashboard, you can find various ways to view, sort, and download your past invoices.

 

1. View Past Invoices Online

In the Billing History tab in the Billing Section of your Guesty Dashboard, you will find an index containing all of your past monthly invoice items. The items are organized by both relevant data and actions.

The invoice data includes billing date, invoice amount, payment method, and payment status.

The invoice actions include options to download as a PDF, email, or export to a spreadsheet.

2. Save Invoice as a PDF

Each invoice item – or a selected group of invoice items – can be downloaded as a PDF.

The PDF will display each booking receipt that was charged during the selected month(s). Each receipt item includes important information about the booking: the 3% booking fee, booking confirmation code, listing title, guest’s full name, and reservation cost. The subtotal and total amounts are listed at the bottom of the page (or at the bottom of each page, if the invoice is longer than one page).

Simply select the download option in the “Actions” column of the targeted invoice item.

To download more than one invoice item as a PDF, simply tick the desired items and choose the Download selected receipts option on the menu that then appears below.

3. Email Invoice

Each invoice item – or a selected group of invoice items – can be emailed to yourself or to any contact.

This action allows you to enter the email address of the recipient at the time of delivery – whether that’s yourself, your co-host, cleaner, landlord, or any other contact. You can input only one email address per message. There is also space to add a free text message to the delivery if you so choose.

To email more than one invoice item, simply tick the desired items and choose the Email selected receipts option on the menu that then appears below.

4. Export Invoice(s) to Spreadsheet

Each invoice item – or a selected group of invoice items – can be exported to a spreadsheet. In addition, there’s a button that enables you to export all invoice items to a spreadsheet with a single click.

Simply select the spreadsheet option in the “Actions” column of the targeted invoice item.

To export more than one invoice item to an Excel spreadsheet, simply tick the desired items and choose the Download a spreadsheet option on the menu that then appears below.

To export all past invoice items to a single Excel spreadsheet, simply select the Download spreadsheet of all paid invoice items button on top of your Billing History page.
