With the Property Management Software, you can add, edit, and save information about your guests.
Why is this useful?
Many booking channels cloak the guests' real emails and then erase their real information after check-out (i.e. hidden phone number and email addresses from confirmed conversations).
Guesty's PMS is built as your own private database, meaning that all of the information within your Guesty Dashboard will stay inside your Guesty Dashboard. And, all that information is also fully editable and searchable.
You can use this to save your guests' multiple email addresses and phone numbers. Further more, you can add any internal notes that may come in handy should a guest return to any of your listings in the future.
How can you edit guests' information?
2. Click on the guest and edit its name, emails, phone number, and notes.
