Our Post Booking team works as your own "booking planner" to make sure that every booking is simply perfect. 

How do they do that?

1. Monitoring your reservations - a few days before every check in, a post booking team member will manually go over the booking to make sure that all of the hooks are in place, the cleaning is scheduled correctly and that the check in instructions are followed.

2. Perform small manual tasks for check in and cleanings - such tasks can include generating codes for electronic codes, log in on your behalf to relevant cleaning services, verify data with guests (i.e. specific time of arrival and number) or following up with the cleaner to know if there is a need to buy more coffee.
