Updating Planned Arrival/Departure Times

In addition to scheduled check-in and check-out times, every reservation also has the planned arrival and departure times. This feature will allow you to manually update the planned arrival and departure times.

Who should use this feature?

Users who are not using the guest communication service and are managing their communication with guests on their own.

What is this feature good for?

This feature is especially helpful for in-person check-ins, schedule cleanings and managing your on-the-ground staff. Plus, it could end up being a huge time saver.

How does it work?

  1. Head over to any one of your reservations. You can do so by going to the "Reservations" screen on the left sidebar.
  2. On the top left cube, update the times you were given by the guest.

Where is this info stored?

The information will be available in the reports, by adding new columns for planned arrival and planned departure.
