Connecting your listings to multiple channels allows your properties to have greater exposure so you get more bookings.
Guesty allows you to connect your listings to multiple channels using our channel manager partner, Rentals United.
In most instances, you must have at least 5 active listings that you wish to connect to multiple channels.
Starting the process
Step 1: Speak to your Guesty On-Boarder
The first step is to speak to your on-boarder to add your listings to more channels.
Step 2: Introduction Meeting with Rentals United
The second step is the introduction meeting, in which Rentals United's account manager will configure your Rentals United account and your chosen channels.
After the account and channels configuration step, the RentalsUnited account manager will guide you through how to connect your listings from Guesty to the various channels.
Step 3: Email Change
In order to send and receive all of the channels' messaging to/from Guesty, you must set the generated RU proxy email (firstname.lastname@example.org) into all channels you connect to, in every communication field it has- per listing or account.
Every channel generally allows for different levels of integration with channel managers, including Rentals United. For example, some channels allow full access, while others only sync calendars and reservations. Your account manager at Rentals United will be able to provide you with more information about the particulars of each channel.
Step 4: Publish your listing to Rentals United
- Make sure your listing is Active. You will not be able to publish inactive listings.
- To avoid any errors, fill in all relevant listing details (including pictures).
We cannot sync bed types form Guesty to Rentals United yet, therefore all the bed types will be synced as double beds.
- Go to Listing > Marketing
- Make sure the Listed toggle button is turned on
- Select Rentals United
It can take up to 15 minutes for the listing to be published in Rentals United

Yes and no. You will need to have an account for every channel you wish to connect, but the process may be different for every channel. Your account manager at Rentals United will help you set up the accounts in every channel you wish (and are eligible) to work with.
You should keep managing your properties (calendar, pricing, and minimum nights stay) directly from your Guesty Dashboard.
The time it takes to connect varies from a few days to a few weeks depending on the channels to which you wish to connect.
There is a different process for each scenario. Your Rentals United account manager will guide you through the steps you must take depending on the scenario.
