Invalid credit card due to missing CVC/CVV error - Booking.com

 

  1. Contact Guesty support and ask to turn on the Required CVC setting.
  2. Contact your guest and ask them to resend their full credit card details via the Booking.com reservation page.
  3. Once the guest has updated his CVC/CVV details, you can collect the payment in Guesty.
    1. Go to Reservation > select the failed payment reservation > Financials tab >  Payments
    2. Click Collect Payment

 

Future reservations will contain the required CVC digits in Guesty automatically, after the initial CVC setup.
