- Contact Guesty support and ask to turn on the Required CVC setting.
- Contact your guest and ask them to resend their full credit card details via the Booking.com reservation page.
- Once the guest has updated his CVC/CVV details, you can collect the payment in Guesty.
- Go to Reservation > select the failed payment reservation > Financials tab > Payments
- Click Collect Payment
Future reservations will contain the required CVC digits in Guesty automatically, after the initial CVC setup.
