Invalid credit card due to missing CVC/CVV error - Booking.com

 

  1. contact Booking.com support/account manager and ask them for Required CVC setting to be turned on.
  2. Contact your guest and ask them to resend their full credit card details via the Booking.com reservation page.
  3. Go to Booking.com Extranet (admin) and copy the updated credit card details (including CVC).
  4. Go back to Guesty > Reservation > select the failed payment reservation > Financials tab >  Payments

    Once the guest sent the CC details, they will be available in the Extranet for 10 days.

  5. Click Collect Payment

 

Future reservations will contain the required CVC number in Guesty automatically, after the initial CVC setup on Booking.com.
