Will I be able to manage my listing via Guesty?

Almost everything is managed through Guesty. You cannot modify listing details, pricing, or availability on Airbnb.

The only aspect that requires going to Airbnb is reservations. It’s not possible to edit reservations in Guesty, only in Airbnb.

Airbnb blocked my account until I go through the verification process. What does it mean?

Airbnb sometime blocks random accounts for security and privacy reasons. This also disables our access to managing your account properly.
Please Try:

  • Login to your Airbnb account.
  • You will be prompted to verify your account via SMS.
  • Airbnb will send you a text message with a 4 digit code that you need in order to reactivate your account and our ability to manage your listings.
Can Guesty create listings on Airbnb for me?

While we would be happy to assist you with the management of your account and listings, our service does not include the creation of new listings.

Can I delete an inactive integration?

Unfortunately deleting inactive integration from the Guesty interface is not something that is possible as of yet. This will not affect your account in any way.


Will Guesty push taxes to Airbnb?

Tax won’t be pushed from Guesty:

If you have listings in markets where Airbnb tax feature is enabled, you will receive an email notification with a link to an Airbnb settings page where you can enable this feature. If you opt-in, all future reservations from your listings in eligible markets will have Local Occupancy Taxes automatically calculated and added. Airbnb calculates these local taxes and hosts cannot specify their own amounts. The collected taxes will be released to you along with the reservation payout. In some locations, like Amsterdam, Portland, and San Francisco, Airbnb automatically collects occupancy tax from guests and sends it to the tax authority on hosts’ behalf.
