TripAdvisor Account and Listing Management

Account Dashboard 

The Account Dashboard displays the accounts integrated status with TripAdvisor and their listings’ integrations status.

Go to  Guesty Dashboard > Account > Integration > TripAdvisor

Accounts status

CONNECTED

The account successfully integrated and is connected to TripAdvisor. You can now connect the account’s listings with your Guesty listings, or publish new listings from Guesty to TripAdvisor.

PENDING

It can take up to 3 business days for the account to be connected with TripAdvisor.

FAILED

The account ID that you have entered doesn’t exist in Tripadvisor.

 

Listings Dashboard

In the Listings Management page, you can see listings and the accounts they are connected to. You can filter freely to see listings in specific accounts or listings with a certain status, or even use the search button to search listings by name/ID/account/address. You can also publish listings to TripAdvisor using the publish button at the top right.

The listing table consists of 3 sections:

  • Left: info in Guesty.
  • Middle: info on the channel
  • Right: listing's statuses.

When you enter the Management page by clicking on an account, the list will be filtered to only that account’s listings. Use the filters to see any data you’d like.

Listings status

CONNECTED

Listings that are successfully connected and synced with TripAdvisor.

PENDING

Listings that are currently in the process of connecting syncing. The syncing process might take up to 24 hours. Once the process is done, the status will automatically change to connected.

FAILED

Listings that failed to connect or sync.

NOT CONNECTED

Listings that exist in TripAdvisor, but weren’t connected and synced yet with a guesty listing. The link will trigger the link process.
