Forwarding email

 

Guesty allows you to communicate with your guests via the Guesty inbox. For some channels, you need to set up a forwarding rule from your email provider to Guesty.
The first step would be to get Guesty integration email, and then copy it to your email providers forwarding rule.

 

Supported integration email channels

  • Booking.com
  • TripAdvisor
  • HomeAway

Important

For the rest of the channels, this setup is automatic and there is no need to set up manual forwarding rules.

Guesty's integration email

  1. Go to the channel you want to send/receive emails from Account > Integrations
  2. At the top of the channel page, you will see your Guesty integration email.
  3. Copy the integration email to your email providers forwarding rule.
